The Office of Student Advocacy and Support provides referral and support services to students. Using a case management model, students are assisted in navigating on and off campus resources. The purpose of this office is to assist students in developing strategies to overcome and address barriers that prevent them from achieving their educational and life goals.

KOZ properties offers subsidized units to qualifying students or community members. Students that are experiencing homelessness and/or are low income are able to apply for this program.

CJK Community Homes is an effective and powerful organization 501 (c)(3) that is committed to providing clean, safe, contemporary and affordable housing and proven supportive case management services to low-income Pierce County residents to reduce the impact of poverty. We offer affordable housing in private residences to families or a shared housing living arrangement for individuals. Supportive case management services will include connecting residents with agencies who offer financial, mental and life skills counseling. Ultimately, we are striving to be part of creating Net Zero for homeless individuals in Pierce County.

Our employees and volunteers come from many faith traditions to serve and support poor and vulnerable people through the provision of quality, integrated services and housing. Our focus is on those individuals, children, families, and communities struggling with poverty and the effects of intolerance and racism.

Arlington Apartments is a 58 unit apartment complex built just for 18-24 year olds facing homelessness. Figuring out where to call home should not be an every day thought. There is no reason why this home should not be specifically designed to fit your needs. Arlington is inclusive to all young adults from every background and story
