A range of supports for DACA and undocumented students.

The Office of Student Advocacy and Support provides referral and support services to students. Using a case management model, students are assisted in navigating on and off campus resources. The purpose of this office is to assist students in developing strategies to overcome and address barriers that prevent them from achieving their educational and life goals.

Counseling and therapy with clinical psychologists provide the opportunity to discuss and explore problems or feelings that are important to you. The general aim of counseling is to help you grow toward greater freedom in making informed choices and acting on personal decisions that are satisfying to you. They provide individual, couple, and group counseling, educational workshops and classroom presentations, support groups, consultation with students, faculty, and staff, and referrals, when appropriate, to community mental health and social service providers.

Student Health is a one-stop-shop that provides information about the services and resources available to students at no cost, such as Student Health Services, Psychological and Wellness Services, confidential advocacy, health education, and information about required immunizations.

The Pantry exists to provide supplemental, nutritional, and culturally relevant food as well as hygiene items to all UWT students. Anyone with a Husky ID may access the Pantry. The Office of Student Financial Aid & Scholarships at the University of Washington Tacoma provides education, guidance, and support to individuals and families in the financial aid process. We administer Federal, State, and Institutional aid programs to students at UW Tacoma. An education at the University of Washington Tacoma is an investment in each student's future success.
